Reglan Side Effects
Reglan has been linked to Tardive Dyskinesia. Tardive dyskinesia is a central nervous system disorder characterized by involuntary movements of the limbs as well as twitching of the face and tongue. Some people have described it as having Parkinson's-like symptoms.
Severe Reglan side effects include:
- Twitching
- Abnormal head movements
- Involuntary facial movements
- Tongue protrusions
- Lip smacking
- Lip puckering
- Rapid eye movements
- Excessive eye blinking
- Frowns and grimacing expressions
- Shaking of hands
- Shaking of feet
- Other injuries
Minor side effects from Reglan include, but may not be limited to: diarrhea, drowsiness, restlessness, constipation, nausea, rashes, depression, and irritability.
